Dead Week Review Session - Pop Quiz Edition

DRAFT ANGLE - (4 degrees)

Some people believe in the existence of a legendary league in which the game of football is played professionally and the players are payed. Of course, I've always said that's a load of 'basura caliente' (or 'Sti-mi PU-pi' in Japanese). Why would anyone other than proud American university men want to play football? It's all about old-timey tradition, friendly competition, and the love of the game...ya know - the way it makes for a family-like camaraderie amongst the university community and a great study break, right? RIGHT...?

Ok, so Tech did well in the NFL draft. 2 players in the first round, 4 overall, and a free agent signee. Not shabby for us, but not where I want us to be in the college world.

EXTRANEOUS BITS OF TID

In other news, the T-DAY game had lightning, so, true to form, the 1st team offense was a'ramblin...something about how Anthony Allen is a force of nature oughta go here. Anyway, wish we could have seen more.

Tech swept the cowpies in baseball this season, FINALLY winning one at the Ted! Nice. Now to clench the historic series we gotta do that for another ten years or so. It's a start.

Also, it's the Dead Week/Finals Week blur. I am a studio hermit, and am constantly high on plastic fumes. This will lead me to maybe post some more stupid junk on the blog later in the week. For a start, let's watch this...

It sums up how trying to earn a degree from Tech makes me feel.
